Bollards
Seal Rite can install bollards of any size in new construction and existing asphalt. The standard sizes are 4-, 6-, and 8-inch pipe.
Purpose of Bollards
Bollards are a perfect way to protect your pedestrian traffic and property from vehicle accidents.
Bollard Installation Process
With existing asphalt, a square is cut out larger than the pipe size being used. In both existing and new construction, we then dig a hole up to 4 feet depending on installation. Next, we insert the pipe into the hole and fill both the hole and pipe with concrete leveling the pipe. The pipe is then typically painted yellow after concrete has set up.
